8. OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is essential to us. We do not sell, trade, exchange or give away any customer information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or items purchased (except to a vendor who ships the items for us).

9. SHIPPING & BACKORDERS

We have a no return policy on all intimate items. All sales are final. While we make every effort to keep adequate stock on hand to meet the demand, back orders do occasionally happen. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@littledeeper.com. Our shipments are labeled from “R. Moody International” in the return address section.

10. HOW TO ARRANGE FOR THE RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM

You must first contact customerservice@littledeeper.com for authorization within 15 days of receipt of the cushion. Once we have authorized the return, we will give you instructions on where and how to return the item. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the cushion, and it is not refundable. We will then repair or replace the item as we deem necessary and return it to you. Do not return the cushion to the shipper as they assume no responsibility for returned items. We do not re-sale returned intimate items.
